摘要

Abstract

Compound talents play an important role in the deep integration of education and technology,and also become the key strategic goal for talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education.Based on the symbiosis theory,the qualitative research method and Nvivo11.0 coding are used to build a theoretical model of influencing factors for cultivating compound talents in vocational undergraduate education.The study found that the university-enterprise collaborative development of compound talent training still faces realistic difficulties such as the deviation of symbiotic unit value concept,the rigidity of the internal mechanism of symbiotic model,and the absence of institutional support of a symbiotic environment.To enhance the quality of cultivating composite talents in vocational undergraduate education based on the concept of symbiosis,it is necessary to establish the concept of symbiosis and stimulate the endogenous force of symbiotic units,optimize the education mechanism to strengthen the coupling force of the symbiotic model,and improve the institutional system to enhance the external driving force of the symbiotic environment.
