价值链视角下高职院校核心竞争力构建
Construction of Core Competitiveness of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Value Chain
摘要
Abstract
Under the requirements of high-quality development,higher vocational colleges must identify their development direction so that resources investment can highlight their characteristics and form core competitiveness.Regarding Porter's classic value chain model,this paper analyzes higher vocational colleges'talent cultivation,scientific research,and social service functions in generating social value,categorizes these functions into nine basic activities and five support activities,and constructs a value chain model for higher vocational colleges.To enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges,efforts should focus on social value contribution:attaching great importance to the fulfillment of core functions and making well-planned professional layouts;closely following the main line of value creation to enhance resource capabilities;recognizing endowment differences to highlight distinctive development paths.关键词
