职业院校学生实习对工作认同感的影响机制研究
Research on the Mechanism of the Impact of Vocational College Students'Internships on Their Job Identity

Abstract
Vocational college students'internships are a crucial part of education and teaching,which not only improve students' technical skills but also enable them to understand the real workplace environment and make better career planning.By compiling a questionnaire and conducting a survey among some vocational college students,this study explores the current development of internships in vocational colleges from the students'perspective and analyzes its impact mechanism on job identity.The results show that vocational college students can form a sense of job identity through internships,and their evaluations of vocational college internships can significantly positively predict their identity with internship work and future work.Among various evaluation variables related to internships,internship gains have the greatest positive predictive effect on job identity,and the positive predictive effect of internship gains on future job identity is significantly moderated by the evaluation of internship tasks and mediated by internship job identity.Among various control variables,the strongest sense of job identity is formed during internships lasting 3-6 months.In view of this,regarding the management of vocational college students'internships,suggestions are proposed such as scientifically setting internship tasks,paying attention to students'internship gains,and reasonably setting the duration of internships.关键词
