高职生生涯适应力的类型及影响因素:基于潜在剖面分析
Types and Influencing Factors of Career Adaptability among Higher Vocational College Students:Based on Latent Profile Analysis

Abstract
Career adaptability is a core competence in individual career development that helps individuals cope with unpredictable changes in their careers.This study employed a questionnaire survey method to investigate and analyze vocational college students in Jiangsu,Guangxi,Jiangxi,and other regions.Using latent profile analysis,the types of career adaptability among vocational college students were identified,and regression analysis was conducted to explore the impact of parents'career-related behaviors and core self-evaluation on these types of career adaptability.The results showed that the career adaptability of vocational college students can be classified into three types:negatively expressed,moderately expressed,and positively expressed.Parents'career support and core self-evaluation positively predict vocational college students'career adaptability,while parents'career absence negatively predicts it.Based on these findings,suggestions are proposed to integrate career education concepts into school curricula and strengthen career development support in family education.关键词
