The Construction of Teachers'Teaching Innovation Teams in Vocational Colleges:Logic,Achievements and Future Directions

Abstract
Teachers'teaching innovation teams are an important component of building a"double-qualified"teaching staff in vocational education in the new era.Through a comparative study of 32 cases of teachers'teaching innovation teams in vocational colleges,the following findings are obtained:In terms of theoretical logic,the teams form an organic whole through the interaction of goal-based generative logic,people-oriented subjective logic,and institution-based objective logic.In terms of practical achievements,the teams are driven by a dual-wheel mechanism of team building and teaching innovation,with dual integration and coordination of industry-education integration and the integration of science and education,as well as dual empowerment in social services and international cooperation.Looking toward the future,the construction of teachers'teaching innovation teams in vocational colleges requires collaborative efforts from the government,schools,teams,researchers and other parties,focusing on innovation in contents,mechanisms,governance and theory,to provide strong teacher support for cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents.关键词
