教育强国建设背景下高质量职业教育体系论析
Discussion on High-quality Vocational Education System under the Background of Building A Powerful Education Country

Abstract
High-quality vocational education system is an important part of the high-quality education system in China,and an important foundation and strong support for promoting the construction of a powerful education country.In terms of connotation characteristics,high-quality vocational education system is a vocational education system that can meet the needs of social development and human development,and has the distinct characteristics of autonomy,flexibility,high-quality,completeness,practicality,modernity,internationality and sustainability,and follows the logics of policy drive,education bottom,skills accumulation,space production and practice creation.In terms of attribute requirements,high-quality vocational education system is divided into vocational school education system,vocational education management system,vocational education support service system and vocational education system and other dimensions,upholding political attributes,people-oriented attributes,strategic attributes and public attributes,with the essential requirements of strengthening the overall leadership of the Party,adhering to education,adhering to professionalism and firm technology.The construction of China's high-quality vocational education system should adhere to the characteristics of vocational education,follow the law of skilled talents growth and skills accumulation,build the development mechanism of central and local interaction,regional linkage,multiple coordination and more resilience;promote the coordinated development and mutual integration of vocational and general education,adhere to the production-oriented education,promoting production by education,production-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation,and strengthen the organized vocational education(teaching)research.关键词
