Modern Industrial Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges Empowering the Development of New Quality Productivity:Logic,Dilemma and Paths
摘要
Abstract
New quality productivity is an intrinsic requirement and an important focus to promote China's high-quality development,and a strong support for the realization of Chinese-style modernization.The modern industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges is the result of the organic connection of the education chain,the talent chain,the industrial chain and the innovation chain,which is of great significance to promote the development of new quality productivity.It empowers the development of new quality productivity by cultivating new workers,creating new labor tools,and expanding new labor objects.At present,the modern industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges is facing practical challenges such as differences in organizational goals between schools and enterprises,a disconnect between school technological innovation and actual enterprise needs,and an imperfect governance structure of modern industrial colleges in empowering the development of new quality productivity.To better empower the development of new quality productivity,it is necessary to build a community of educating people and provide human resources support for new quality productivity;build a community of industry,academia and research to provide development momentum for new quality productive forces;build a collaborative governance community to guide the development direction of new quality productivity.关键词
