Theoretical Logic,Practical Dilemma and Action Paths of New Quality Productivity Enabling Technical Education

Abstract
The new quality productivity with science and technology innovation as the center and with digital technology as the dominance symbolizes the significant leap of productivity,which is the key force for the high-quality development of technical education,and how the new quality productivity empowers technical education has become a key issue that needs to be paid attention to urgently in the new era.From the theoretical point of view,there are epistemological logic,value logic and technological logic for the empowerment of technical education by new quality productivity.From the practical point of view,the new quality productivity empowerment of technical education confronts with various dilemma including absence of concepts and new and old thinking difficult to integrate,the lack of teachers and cooperation between schools and enterprises,the lack of digital core and the combination of technology and digitalization is not tight.Therefore,in order to promote the high-quality development of technical education for the new quality productivity,we should strengthen the construction of the value system of technical education,promote the implementation of the main responsibility of technical education,and activate the core power of digital intelligence in technical education,so as to better fulfil the fundamental task of cultivating morality and nurturing human beings,constructing a pattern of in-depth integration of industry and education,and enhancing the technical literacy of new quality talents.关键词
