新质生产力赋能技工教育的理论逻辑、现实困境与发展路径OA北大核心
Theoretical Logic,Practical Dilemma and Action Paths of New Quality Productivity Enabling Technical Education
以科技创新为重心与以数字技术为主导的新质生产力象征着生产力的显著跃升,是技工教育高质量发展的关键力量,新质生产力如何赋能技工教育已然成为新时代亟须关注的重点议题.从理论视角来看,新质生产力赋能技工教育存在认识论逻辑、价值论逻辑与技术论逻辑.从实践视角来看,新质生产力赋能技工教育存在理念缺失与新旧思维难融、师资缺位与校企合作乏力、数字缺芯与技数结合不紧等现实困境.为推动面向新质生产力的技工教育高质量发展,应当健全技工教育价值体系、落实技工教育主体责任和激活技工教育数智动力,从而更好地完成立德树人根本任务、构建产教深度融合格局和增强新质人才技术素养.
The new quality productivity with science and technology innovation as the center and with digital technology as the dominance symbolizes the significant leap of productivity,which is the key force for the high-quality development of technical education,and how the new quality productivity empowers technical education has become a key issue that needs to be paid attention to urgently in the new era.From the theoretical point of view,there are epistemological logic,value logic and technological logic for the empowerment of technical education by new quality productivity.From the practical point of view,the new quality productivity empowerment of technical education confronts with various dilemma including absence of concepts and new and old thinking difficult to integrate,the lack of teachers and cooperation between schools and enterprises,the lack of digital core and the combination of technology and digitalization is not tight.Therefore,in order to promote the high-quality development of technical education for the new quality productivity,we should strengthen the construction of the value system of technical education,promote the implementation of the main responsibility of technical education,and activate the core power of digital intelligence in technical education,so as to better fulfil the fundamental task of cultivating morality and nurturing human beings,constructing a pattern of in-depth integration of industry and education,and enhancing the technical literacy of new quality talents.
