生态学视域下职教教师数字素养培育的现实羁绊与破解之道
Realistic Fetters and Ways to the Cultivation of Vocational Teachers'Digital Literacy from the Perspective of Ecology

Abstract
The powerful rise of digital technology has reconstructed the education ecology.In the digital ecological environment of education,it is urgent for vocational teachers to improve their digital literacy in order to cultivate the technical talents that are in short supply in the digital age.From the perspective of ecology,the problems of vocational education teachers'digital literacy cultivation,such as not highlighting the characteristics of vocational education types,lack of process design,limited by universal training and trapped in a closed ecological environment,are mainly due to the fact that the cultivation subjects does not grasp the ecological niche principle and the ecological chain law,does not implement the limiting factor law personalized,and does not specifically break the pot effect.In order to empower teachers in the digital ecological environment of vocational education,the cultivation of digital literacy should clarify the ecological niche of vocational education teachers and help teachers in marginal areas to acquire digital literacy;connect the ecological development chain and establish a systematic cultivation mechanism of teachers'digital literacy;break through the limiting factors to form a customized digital literacy training program for teachers;break the flowerpot effect,establish open digital literacy and cultivate ecological environment.关键词
