文凭主义视角下如何增强高职教育吸引力?
How to Strengthen the Attractiveness of Higher Vocational Education in the View of Credentialism?

Abstract
Credentialism originates from Meritocracy,which judges human abilities and allocates social resources based on certificate.Japan has formed a diploma society,which has led to a long-term crisis of identity in higher vocational education.After industrial transformation,Credentialism further reduces the attractiveness of Japanese higher vocational education.In order to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education,Japan has established a higher vocational education degree system,attached importance to cultivating students'practical abilities,and set the goal of cultivating high-level vocational and technical talents.Drawing on Japan's experience,we can explore ways to enhance the attractiveness of higher vocational education by reducing the added value of diplomas,adapting vocational education to industrial demand,and cultivating high-level vocational talents.关键词
