Re-examining the Basic Positioning of Public Basic Curriculum:A Perspective of the Development and Transformation of Secondary Vocational Education

Abstract
Public basic curriculum is the foundation of the curriculum system of secondary vocational schools,which has the value appeal of public education,and also presents the instrumental"foundation-laying"function.On the one hand,the public basic curriculum responds to the common demands of high school education goals,and on the other hand,it provides cultural knowledge preparation for students'sustainable development.In the course of secondary vocational education development,the public basic curriculum experienced compulsory institutional change to mandatory and induced institutional change of logic transformation,the former is the secondary vocational education based on demand-oriented employment education development stage characteristics of response,the latter is the foundation of secondary vocational education based on supply-oriented education development stage characteristic of response.At present,secondary vocational education adheres to the principle of"paying equal attention to admission and employment",and promotes the shift of"vocational and general distribution",and the"foundation"of public basic courses needs to be further consolidated.Based on this,the reform of public basic curriculum in secondary vocational schools needs to deepen the reform of common goals of senior high school,the content of basic curriculum and the proportion of specialized courses and public basic curriculum.关键词
