学科核心素养视域下中职英语教学改革的问题剖析与因应策略OA北大核心
Analysis and Coping Strategies of Secondary Vocational English Teaching Reform from the Perspective of Discipline Core Comperence
职业教育高质量发展背景下,中职英语教学改革面临由知识传授向素养培养转型的现实需求.基于学科核心素养视角,英语课程需超越传统的语言工具性定位,拓展为职场语言沟通、思维差异感知、跨文化理解和自主学习等关键能力的培养.当前,中职英语教学存在着教师教学驾驭能力欠佳、忽视学生学习主体地位、难以满足学生多样化学习需求等问题,同时学生英语基础薄弱、学习内驱力不足和缺乏有效的学习策略等问题也制约了学科核心素养目标的有效落实.为此,需从单元整体教学、情境化项目教学、数字化精准教学和校内外融合教学四个方面推进改革,以提高学生的英语应用能力和综合职业素养,促进职业教育基础课程改革的深化.
In the context of the high-quality development of vocational education,the teaching reform of secondary vocational English teaching is facing the practical needs of transforming from knowledge transfer to competence fostering.Based on the perspective of discipline core literacy,English curriculum should go beyond the traditional instrumental positioning of language,and take into account the cultivation of key competencies such as workplace language communication,perception of thinking differences,cross-cultural understanding and self-directed learning.At present,there are some problems in secondary vocational English teaching,such as teachers'poor teaching control ability,ignoring students'main position in learning,and difficulty in meeting students'diverse learning needs.Meanwhile,students'weak English foundation,lack of intrinsic motivation for learning,and absence of effective learning strategies also hinder the effective implementation of the discipline core comperence goals.To this end,it is necessary to promote the reform from four aspects:unit overall teaching,contextualized project teaching,digital precision teaching,and integrated teaching inside and outside the school,so as to optimize the teaching mode and improve students'English application ability and comprehensive professional quality and promote the deepening of the reform of basic curriculum of vocational education.
