中职历史课程实施的演进、困境与路径OA北大核心

中职历史课程实施经历了从任意选修到选修再到必修的演进,课程标准的颁布尤其是作为国家事权的统编教材的编写与投入使用,使其进入了改革发展的快车道.江苏省较早开启了中职历史课程教学实践,对其"经验"的梳理与调研,将有利于促进中职历史课程的实施.调研显示,当前的中职历史课程实施仍然面临着对中职历史课程重视度不高且缺乏落实监督机制、课标职教特色适应性不强、统编历史教材认同度不高、教师队伍建设存在瓶颈、教研及评价机制的低效与缺失等困境.针对中职历史课程现状问题,中职历史课程实施的策略与路径是:提高站位,强化历史等公共基础课程地位;完善机制,推动中职历史课程有效落实;搭建平台,完善省、市、校三级教研培训机制;修订政策,提高课程标准和统编教材的适应性.

The implementation of secondary vocational history curriculum has experienced the evolution from arbitrary elective to elective and then to compulsory.The promulgation of curriculum standards,especially the compilation and use of unified textbook as a national authority,has brought it into the fast lane of reform and development.Jiangsu Province started the teaching practice of the history curriculum of secondary vocational schools earlier,and the combing of its"experience"is conducive to promoting the implementation of the history curriculum of secondary vocational schools.However,the current implementation of secondary vocational history curriculum is still faced with difficulties such as low attention to secondary vocational history curriculum and lack of implementation supervision mechanism,weak adaptability of curriculum standard vocational education characteristics,low recognition of unified compilation of history textbooks,bottlenecks in the construction of teachers,low efficiency and lack of teaching research and evaluation mechanism.In view of the current situation of the secondary vocational history curriculum,this paper puts forward a series of strategies and paths for the implementation of secondary vocational history curriculum:improving the standing position and strengthening the status of public basic courses such as history;improve the mechanism to promote the effective implementation of secondary vocational history course;build a platform to improve the teaching and research training mechanism at provincial,municipal and university levels;revise policies to improve curriculum standards and the adaptability of unified textbooks.
