Learning in Work-based Scenarios:Value Implications,Development Concerns and Future Directions

Abstract
Learning in work-based scenarios emphasizes organizing teaching activities centered around work contexts.This learning mode not only possesses the toolbox value of integrating disciplinary knowledge with tacit knowledge but also acts as an agent in modern Fordist production relations,effectively enhancing students'vocational skills and helping them quickly adapt to professional roles.However,with the deep involvement of artificial intelligence technology and the subsequent changes in production relations,learning in work-based scenarios may face development concerns such as high costs for scenario construction,weakened teacher functions,uncertain scenario knowledge,and impeded upward mobility for students.In response to these issues,this paper proposes developing mobile knowledge,achieving scenario fission,optimizing the selection of entry knowledge,and highlighting the development dimensions of human-specific advantages to provide references for the high-quality development of vocational education.关键词
