基于工作场景学习:价值意蕴、发展隐忧和未来向度OA北大核心
Learning in Work-based Scenarios:Value Implications,Development Concerns and Future Directions
基于工作场景的学习强调以工作情境为中心组织教学活动.这种学习模式不仅具备将学科知识与默会知识相融合的工具箱价值,还充当了现代福特制生产关系中的代理人角色,能够有效地提高学生的职业技能,并帮助学生快速适应职业角色.但随着人工智能技术的高度介入和由此带来的生产关系变化,基于工作场景学习可能存在场景搭建成本高、教师功能弱化、场景知识不确定、学生向上流动受阻等隐忧.针对以上问题,提出构建流动的知识、实现场景的裂变、优化入口知识的选择、突出人类特定优势的发展向度,为职业教育高质量发展提供参考.
Learning in work-based scenarios emphasizes organizing teaching activities centered around work contexts.This learning mode not only possesses the toolbox value of integrating disciplinary knowledge with tacit knowledge but also acts as an agent in modern Fordist production relations,effectively enhancing students'vocational skills and helping them quickly adapt to professional roles.However,with the deep involvement of artificial intelligence technology and the subsequent changes in production relations,learning in work-based scenarios may face development concerns such as high costs for scenario construction,weakened teacher functions,uncertain scenario knowledge,and impeded upward mobility for students.In response to these issues,this paper proposes developing mobile knowledge,achieving scenario fission,optimizing the selection of entry knowledge,and highlighting the development dimensions of human-specific advantages to provide references for the high-quality development of vocational education.
