职教本科发展的问题域与消解路径
Problem Domain and Resolution Paths for the Development of Vocational Undergraduate Education
摘要
Abstract
The development of vocational undergraduate education is the realistic need to adapt industrial transformation and upgrading in China,and to improve the modern vocational education system.However,vocational undergraduate education is faced with many problems in the actual operation process.Based on field surveys and in-depth interviews,this study takes what is the real vocational undergraduate education,what is the fundamental change of the upgrading of higher vocational college to vocational undergraduate education,what is the culture of vocational undergraduate education,what should be the spiritual temperament of vocational undergraduate education and what is the most appropriate governance of vocational undergraduate education as the problem domain of the development of vocational undergraduate education to interpret and analyze profoundly.The resolution of the problem domain in the development of vocational undergraduate education requires to grasp the essential characteristics by focusing on type features and hierarchical boundaries,clarifying the fundamental changes through ideological breakthroughs and open innovation,defining the connotation of vocational undergraduate education mainly by inheriting traditions and building consensus,shaping the spiritual disposition of vocational undergraduate education specifically by highlighting unique features and reconstructing connotations,and exploring appropriate governance models fundamentally through power allocation and institutional arrangements.关键词
