摘要

Abstract

The cultivation of top-notch innovative technical and skilled talents is an objective need for the construction of a skills-based society,a realistic choice for the high-quality development of vocational education,and a call of the times for the development of new quality productive forces.Vocational education,as the main battlefield for cultivating top-notch innovative technical and skilled talents who can adapt to the development needs of new quality productive forces,must face practical challenges such as outdated concepts,rigid models,insufficient resources,and lack of evaluation.Driven by the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,we should strengthen top-level design and pool active efforts to cultivate top-notch innovative technical and skilled talents.By following the logic of technological innovation,we should innovate the training mode for cultivating these talents.We should also improve supporting educational resources to enhance the quality and expand excellence in the cultivation of top-notch innovative technical and skilled talents.Furthermore,a sound evaluation and incentive mechanism should be established to create a sustainable growth platform for these talents,thereby fostering a fertile soil for their thriving development.
