新质生产力视域下高素质技术技能人才培养的逻辑与进路
The Logic and Paths of Cultivating High-quality Technical and Skilled Talents from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity Force

Abstract
High-quality technical and skilled talents,as high-quality workers and innovative human capital,are the key driving force for the development of new quality productivity.The talent demand and technological dividend of new quality productivity force provide direction guidance and material support for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.The development of new quality productivity and the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents are mutually empowered,and the improvement of human resource quality,scientific and technological progress,and productivity are jointly promoted to enhance high-quality economic and social development.As the main battlefield for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges should meet the needs of industrial system construction,adapt to the development trends of the digital era,adhere to the basic principles of practical orientation,and achieve resonance,advancement,and peer support between talents cultivation and the development of new quality productivity.Vocational colleges need to strengthen the quality of professional construction,adjust the talent supply layout through classification and collaboration,optimize the key elements of education,improve the quality of talents supply through implementing both soft and hard measures,improve vocational skills training,expand the scale of talents supply through promoting both internal and external efforts,and build a high-quality technical and skilled talent team with a reasonable structure,excellent quality,and abundant quantity that is suitable for the development of new quality productivity.关键词
