新质人才是形成和发展新质生产力的决定性因素,应该具备前瞻性意识、数智化思维、成长型心态等基本特质.育训并举是职业教育的法定职责,其"德技兼修"的培养目标、"任务导向"的培养内容、"干学结合"的培养过程、"校企合作"的培养方法、"阶段成长"的培养效果,是养成新质人才必备品德,提升新质人才素质能力,体现新质人才评价标准,最终推动新质人才培养的重要路径.明确目标定位、强化政策支持、加快空间建构、健全评价机制,是充分发挥育训并举推动新质人才培养的重要支撑,也是加快形成和发展新质生产力的必然选择.
New quality talents play a decisive role in the formation and development of new quality productive forces.They should possess essential qualities such as forward-looking consciousness,digital and intelligent thinking,and a growth-oriented mindset.Education and discipline are the legal responsibility of vocational education.Its training goal of"simultaneous cultivation of morality and skills","task-oriented"curriculum teaching,"combination of doing and learning"training process,"school-enterprise cooperation"training method,and"stage growth"training effects are important paths to cultivate the necessary virtues of new-quality talents,enhance their quality and ability,reflect the evaluation standards,and ultimately promote cultivation.Defining the target position,strengthening policy support,accelerating space construction,and improving the evaluation mechanism are crucial for fully utilizing the combination of education and discipline to promote the cultivation of new quality talents.This is also an inevitable choice to accelerate the formation and development of new quality productive forces.
