北青龙衣中二氯甲烷萃取部位的化学成分研究
Study on the Chemical Components of Dichloromethane Extract Area of Northern Walnut Peel

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical components of the dichloromethane extract area of Northern Walnut Peel.Methods:The separation and purification of the chemical components from Northern Walnut Peel were carried out using silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,medium-pressure liquid chromatography,and semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography.The structures of the isolated compounds were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data(MS,NMR).Results:Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from Northern Walnut Peel,including 3-methoxyjuglone(1),2,5,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone(2),4-methoxy-5-hydroxy-1-tetralone(3),(4S)-4,8-dihydroxy-1-tetralone(4),gingerenone A(5),maplestone(6),Platycary A(7),Platycary D(8),pseudoginsengone(9),Saintgrassin(10),apigenin(11),6,5'-diisoprenylquercetin(12).Conclusion:Compounds 5,7,8,9,and 10 were first isolated from Northern Walnut Peel.关键词
