中药单体治疗肌少症的机制研究进展
Research Progress on Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine Monomers in the Treatment of Sarcopenia
摘要
Abstract
Sarcopenia is a skeletal muscle disease characterized by the progressive decline in skeletal muscle mass and function.It is associated with inflammatory responses,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,autophagy changes in muscle cells,and satellite cell impairment.Classified under the categories of"wilting syndrome",and"consumptive disease"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),we found that sarcopenia can be effectively prevented and treated with TCM monomers.Compared with hormones,TCM monomers offer significant therapeutic benefits and greater safety.Monomers such as curcumin,atractylenolide I,icariin,and calycosin have been shown to improve muscle satellite cell function,mitochondrial activity,inflammatory and oxidative stress responses,and insulin resistance.They also delay skeletal muscle atrophy,enhance muscle strength,and improve muscle function,thereby preventing and mitigating the development of sarcopenia.关键词
