公路碳核算过程中不确定性问题处置分析
Analysis of Uncertainty Disposal in the Process of Highway Carbon Accounting
摘要
Abstract
Road engineering accounting requires clarifying boundaries before work begins to define the responsible entities for accounting,the temporal and spatial scope,and the materials and energy dynamics to be collected,facilitating the deployment of collection work.However,in the process of accounting,there will be changes in project plan and construction group,and there is uncertainty.This paper systematically analyzes the overall framework of the carbon emission accounting boundary of the whole life cycle and the characteristics of road carbon emission activities at different stages of the life cycle according to the effective methods of existing studies to cope with engineering changes.After integrating various factors,the accounting criteria for uncertainty are formed,and the impact of carbon quota,voluntary emission reduction and carbon trading policies on the carbon accounting boundary is obtained.The paper also takes the optimization of a bridge project and the change of construction scheme as an example to verify the emission reduction.关键词
