Abstract
Road construction project reserve is an important management means to highlight the planning guidance,promote the implementation of planning,improve the quality of preliminary work and accelerate the landing of projects.Starting from the identification and selection requirements of reserve projects,this paper fully combines traffic big-data,combines GIS technology with semantic information extraction technology and traffic demand analysis technology,and forms a set of road construction reserve project identification technology system.By applying this technology system,the supply and demand of road network in Tongzhou distrsict,Beijing,is studied and judged.And the congested areas,bottleneck sections and key nodes are actively found.On the basis of the general plan,special plan and people's livelihood demand,the road traffic construction project is proposed,with the storage,utilization,and optimization of road traffic projects realized.关键词
