仝小林"独藏"辨识治疗顽固性老年皮肤瘙痒症
Treatment of refractory senile pruritus through identification of the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms by Professor Tong Xiaolin
摘要
Abstract
Senile pruritus is a common senile dermatosis in clinical practice.Western medicine often uses topical barrier protectants such as glucocorticoids,and oral antihistamines for symptomatic treatment.However,for some stubborn and rare and difficult diseases,the therapeutic efficacy is unstable,and the condition is prone to lingering,being difficult to cure,and recurring frequently.The"Du Cang"(the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms)"identification system is a approach based on syndrome differentiation proposed by Professor Tong Xiaolin,which focuses on distinguishing the main symptoms as the core,the disease as the guideline,syndrome differentiation as the hub,and the combination of"disease-symptom-syndrome-cause and mechanism"which examines the causes and inspects the mechanism;By identifying the unique core symptoms hidden deep in many symptoms,the system can accurately and quickly diagnose and treat diseases.By identifying the"burning of the affected area"as the"Du Cang"syndrome of senile pruritus,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction is administered for treatment.关键词
