徐春甫辨治妇科病学术思想初探
Preliminary exploration of Xu Chunfu's academic thoughts on treatment based on syndrome differentiation of gynecological diseases

Abstract
As a famous Xin'an physician,Xu Chunfu inherited and further developed the Xin'an academic thoughts of"strengthening and consolidating body resistance".By studying Xu Chunfu's works,this paper analyzes and summarizes his theoretical characteristics and experience in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of gynecological diseases,in order to enrich the research on Xin'an gynecology.Xu Chunfu never deviated from the method of regulating the spleen and stomach in the process of disease occurrence and changes in the condition,arresting leucorrhea,preparing for pregnancy,tranquilizing fetus to prevent miscarriage,and the aftercare for various illnesses;And he had made great use of the method of curing astringency,reflecting the characteristic of using medicine that combined both tonifying and reinforcement.He was not confined to the belief that"women were based on blood",reflected on the shortcomings of doctors who blindly supplemented Yin blood,and advocated regulating the spleen to nourish blood.He believed that women were mostly empty,valued emotions,and their desires led to emptiness,so he advocated idleness and abstinence.He believed that gynecology was private.He valued pulse diagnosis.He created the Bazhen Yimu Pill.关键词
