从脑白质病神经血管单元探讨开通玄府法内涵
Exploration of the connotation of opening Xuanfu method from neurovascular unit of leukoencephalopathy
摘要
Abstract
By summarizing and analyzing the neurovascular unit of leukoencephalopathy and the theory of Xuanfu,it is found that there is a certain correlation in structure and function between the neurovascular units of leukoencephalopathy and Xuanfu theory.And the neurovascular units of leukoencephalopathy and their functional impairments are similar to the impaired opening and closing function of the cerebral cortex at different stages of leukoencephalopathy.Opening Xuanfu method can be used in the treatment of various stages of leukoencephalopathy,and it has the function of maintaining cerebral neurovascular units and promoting the rehabilitation of nerve function.The homeostasis of neurovascular units of leukoencephalopathy can elucidate the connotation of opening Xuanfu method and provide a new idea for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of leukoencephalopathy.关键词
