重构本草——苦参
Reconstruction of Chinese Materia Medica-lightyellow sophora root
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that lightyellow sophora root mainly has the effects of clearing heat and removing dampness,klilling insects,and diuresis.The symptom targets are itching,diarrhea,and difficulty urinating.The biochemical indicator targets are antibacterial and insecticidal,and arrhythmia.Modern pharmacological studies have found that lightyellow sophora root and its active ingredients have effects of anti-virus,heart protection,anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemia,anti hepatitis B virus,and increasing white blood cells.This product has certain hepatotoxicity and should not be used for those with deficient cold of spleen and stomach.It should not be used together with veratrum.The clinical dosage is 6-30g.When the clinical dosage exceeds 30g,it should be taken frequently in small amounts,and caution should be exercised when combining traditional Chinese medicine for stomach protection;When taken orally,it should be used based on syndrome differentiation according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the construction of dose-effect relationship between the dosage of lightyellow sophora root and the symptom target and biochemical indicator target should be explored actively.关键词
