国医大师王晞星分期论治失代偿期肝硬化黄疸经验
Wang Xixing's experience in staged treatment of decompensated cirrhosis jaundice
摘要
Abstract
Decompensated cirrhosis jaundice can be classified as"jaundice disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Wang Xixing believes that the imbalance of the liver,gallbladder,and spleen is the root cause of its onset,while the combination of dampness,heat,stasis,and toxicity is the key to its onset.Professor Wang advocates staged treatment based on syndrome differentiation,flexible medication,and combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.Professor Wang divides the course of the disease into the jaundice stage,the regression stage,and the recovery stage;During the jaundice stage,the primary treatments are to expulse pathogen and eliminate jaundice,and treatment should focus on dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow,and clearing heat and promoting diuresis;During the regression stage,it is advisable to disperse stagnated liver qi and invigorate spleen while also promoting diuresis and eliminating jaundice;During the recovery stage,it is advisable to strengthen spleen and replenish qi,and take care of middle jiao.Professor Wang creates and flexibly applies Chaihu Xiere decoction,modified Xiaoyao San,and modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction as the basic prescriptions for different stages of liver cirrhosis jaundice,which is widely used in clinical prractice with good therapeutic effects and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
