Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Yiqi decoction on serum levels of SP substance,dopamine(DA),prolactin(PRL),chemokine(C-C motif)ligand 18(CCL-18),and immunoglobulin in patients with plasma cell mastitis(PCM)in the mass stage.Methods A total of 106 patients with PCM in the mass stage were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each goup.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Yiqi decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 28 days and followed up for 9 months.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum SP,DA,PRL,CCL-18 and immunoglobulin levels before and after treatment between two groups were compared.The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence between two groups during follow-up were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(96.23％,51/53)was higher than that in the control group(83.02％,44/53)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the masses,redness,swelling,abscesses,fistulas,pain scores,and the levels of serum SP,PRL,CCL-18,and immunoglobulin were all lower than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);The serum DA level in both groups increased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,no adverse reactions such as fever,dizziness,headache,or gastrointestinal reactions occurred in both groups.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 6 and 9 months of follow-up(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Yiqi decoction can effectively improve TCM syndrome of patients with PCM in the mass stage,regulate the levels of serum SP,DA,PRL,CCL-18,and immunoglobulin,alleviate pain,improve inflammation and immune function,enhance clinical efficacy,and reduce the recurrence.This therapy has good safety.关键词
