摘要

Abstract

Flexible tactile sensors have experienced rapid development in signal detection,sensitivity,and stretchability,demonstrating extensive prospects in fields such as human activity monitoring,personal healthcare,human-machine interaction,and electronic skin.Firstly,a survey of the basic principles of resistive,capacitive,piezoelectric,and friction-based tactile sensors is conducted,encompassing the latest advancements in structural design,functional materials,and performance parameters.Subsequently,a detailed analysis of the current research status of flexible tactile sensors in applications related to human activity monitoring,personal healthcare,human-machine interaction,and electronic skin is presented.Lastly,the challenges encountered in the research process of flexible tactile sensors are identified,and future directions for their development are proposed.
