摘要

Abstract

A passive wireless sensor for accurately detecting partial discharge(PD)in Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)is introduced,ad-dressing limitations of existing monitoring methods such as gas leakage risks and inaccurate discharge measurements.The sensor is made of a helical inductor and implanted inside GIS on the observation window.A coaxially aligned readout coil,positioned outside GIS,wirelessly interrogates the PD sensor to obtain the PD signal.The proposed method ensures minimal disruption to the electric field distribution inside GIS,and has been validated through laboratory experiments.Compared to a commercial UHF sensor,the sensor's sig-nal strength is enhanced twice,with a precision of 1.12 pC,demonstrating its superior performance.
