摘要

Abstract

With the continuous evolution of modern technology and the progress of education internationalization,the integration between vocational education and general education has gradually emerged as an inevitable trend in the global education.Utilizing the European Qualifications Framework alongside the national qualifications framework and the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System,as well as various funding programs,Germany has established a foundation for comparability,transparency,and mobility within the integration between vocational education and general education system.The integration between vocational education and general education system as an important indicator of the flexibility within education pathways.Germany offers flexible and diverse development pathways through multi-level pathways and transitions,implements vocational preparatory education to establish a foundation for vocational awareness,and introduces official policies to regulate qualification pathways.Drawing on Germany's experience in the construction of the integration between vocational education and general education system,we should enhance the comparability and transparency between vocational education and general education through the establishment of a national qualifications framework.Additionally,we should establish a national system for mutual recognition of credits to facilitate student mobility,highlight the distinct characteristics of different education types by linking vocational education pathways to higher education,and leverage vocational enlightenment education to mitigate the label effect of vocational education.These efforts aim to promote the establishment of the integration between vocational education and general education system.
