"三融"背景下省域现代职业教育体系建设的行动路向
Action Plan for the Construction of Provincial Modern Vocational Education Systems in the Context of"Integration Between Vocational Education and General Education,Between Industry and Education,and Between Science and Education"

Abstract
Establishing a modern vocational education system at the provincial level is crucial for the high-quality development of vocational education.This should be systematically advanced with a focus on the Integration and Dual Support approach.Integration refers to the integration between vocational education and general education,whereas Dual Support includes the economic vitality derived from integration between industry and education,and the innovative prowess from integration between science and education.Firstly,we aim to integrate a typological approach to evaluation into the whole process of talent cultivation,create a provincial education hub that integration between vocational education and general education with comprehensive high schools,and improve mutual recognition of vocational education and general education credits in the province through a national credit bank.This will open up the channel for vocational education and general education in the provincial modern vocational education system.Secondly,we should leverage the role of policy leadership and guarantee provided by local governments,the advantages and leading role of key enterprises in the province,the bridging role of vocational colleges between enterprises and talent training,and the research and development and technical support offered by scientific research institutions.This will enhance the economic vitality derived from the integration between industry and education in the provincial modern vocational education system.Finally,through multi-faceted approaches such as collaborative education among professional clusters,integrated education across different curriculum groups,hands-on education within project teams,and innovative platform-based education,we aim to explore pathways for the integration between science and education.This will enhance the innovative driving force of the provincial modern vocational education system.关键词
