Vocational Education Policy Provision for Common Prosperity:Historical Lineage,Evolutionary Motivation and Practical Mirror

Abstract
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,vocational education policies have evolved through six stages:popularizing knowledge of labor and production among ordinary workers,peasants and soldiers;cultivating skilled talents in poor areas;providing vocational skills training to adults;enhancing the employability of the poor;implementing comprehensive support for the poor;and supporting low-income workers in both urban and rural areas.These policies have gradually shifted from addressing poverty alleviation to empowering the common prosperity.In policy provision,the vocational education development has always been a key measure to enhance the well-being of low-income groups,convert demographic advantages into production advantages,promote the integration of individuals into the modern division of labor,enhance confidence in achieving prosperity,and pave the way to prosperity.The fundamental driver of policy evolution is to adapt to the changing needs of the country and society.Vocational education policies for common prosperity should serve the overall strategy of national common prosperity in terms of goals,focus on adapting to the high-quality development of the national economy in terms of content,always focus on the development of individual production and employment capabilities in terms of center,and continuously improve and perfect the system with changes in social demand in terms of system.关键词
