基于不同时辰组合用药的堆慈巧门制剂治疗藏医肺病贴补(慢性支气管炎迁延期)40例

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Tibetan drug Duici Qiaomen combined pre-scription in the treatment of protracted chronic bronchitis based on combined drug use at different time points.Meth-ods:A total of 80 patients with protracted chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order by which they attended the hospital,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of Duici Qiaomen combined prescription,and those in the control group were given oral administration of conventional Western medicine combined with Tibetan drug.The two groups were observed and compared in terms of symptom score,Physical Component Summary(PCS)score,Mental Com-ponent Summary(MCS)score,and safety.Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group[87.50％(35/40)vs 67.50％(27/40),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had improvements in symptom score,PCS score,and MCS score,and the treatment group had significantly greater im-provements than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse e-vents between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Duici Qiaomen combined prescription has a good clinical effect and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with protracted chronic bronchitis.关键词
