补肾宁心汤联合激素替代疗法治疗心肾不交型卵巢早衰38例
Clinical effect of Bushen Ningxin decoction combined with hormone replacement therapy in treatment of premature ovarian failure with disharmony between heart and kidney:An analysis of 38 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Ningxin decoction combined with hormone re-placement therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF)with disharmony between heart and kidney.Methods:A total of 76 POF patients with disharmony between heart and kidney were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 38 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone soft capsules,and those in the treatment group received oral administration of Bushen Ningxin decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,sex hormones,and uterus ultrasound parameters,and overall response was assessed.Results:There was a significant difference in overall re-sponse rate between the treatment group and the control group[86.84％(33/38)vs 57.89％(22/38),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in TCM syndrome sore and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone(P＜0.05)and significant increases in estradiol,endometrial thickness,and uterine volume(P＜0.05),and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Ningxin decoction combined with hormone replacement therapy has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of POF with disharmony between heart and kidney and can improve clinical symptoms and the serum levels of sex hormones.关键词
