复明片对孔源性视网膜脱离复位硅油填充术后视功能恢复的疗效观察
Clinical effect of Fuming tablets on recovery of visual function after silicone oil tamponade for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment repair

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Fuming tablets on the recovery of visual function af-ter silicone oil tamponade for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment repair.Methods:A total of 50 patients(50 eyes)who received silicone oil tamponade for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment repair were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 patients(25 eyes)in each group.The patients in the control group were given tobra-mycin dexamethasone eye drops and diclofenac sodium eye drops,and those in the treatment group were given oral ad-ministration of Fuming tablets in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 28 days for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure,reti-nal microstructure in the macular region,and the recurrence rate of retinal detachment on days 7,30,and 60 after sur-gery,and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results:The overall response rate on day 7 after surgery was 92.00％(23/25)in the treatment group and 84.00％(21/25)in the control group,and there was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group on days 30 and 60 after surgery[day 30:96.00％(24/25)vs 76.00％(19/25),P＜0.05;day 60:96.00％(24/25)vs 76.00％(19/25),P＜0.05].Both groups had a significant increase in BCVA on days 7 and 30 after surgery,and the treatment group had a significantly higher BCVA than the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant changes in intraocular pres-sure and retinal microstructure in the macular region in either group after surgery,and there were no significant differ-ences in these indicators between the two groups on days 7,30,and 60 after surgery(P＞0.05).No recurrence of reti-nal detachment was observed in either group during follow-up.Conclusion:Oral administration of Fuming tablets in addition to conventional Western medicine treatment can help with the recovery of visual function after surgery for ret-inal detachment repair,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.关键词
