Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication experience of Professor Cheng Choufu in the treatment of heart failure based on data mining.Methods:Medical records were collected from the patients treated by Professor Cheng at the outpatient service from September 1,2021 to January 1,2024,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inher-itance Support System(V2.5)was used to perform frequency,association,and cluster analyses of the drugs used.Results:A total of 142 prescriptions used by Professor for the treatment of heart failure were collected.Most drugs used were warm,cold or neutral in nature and had a sweet,bitter or pungent taste,and most drugs entered the spleen meridian,followed by the lung,stomach,and heart meridians.High-frequency drugs included Codonopsis pi-losula,Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparatum,Astragalus membranaceus,Schisandra chinensis,Coptis chinensis,ginger,Amomum villosum,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Saussurea costus,and Radix Ophiopogonis.The prescription rule analysis obtained 14 commonly used drug combinations,among which 9 combinations had a reliability of＞0.95 and 3 com-binations had a reliability of＞1,and the drugs commonly used for the treatment of heart failure included Codonopsis pilosula,Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Glycyrrhizae,venigar-processed Schisandra chinensis,Coptis chinensis,Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparatum,ginger,Radix Ophiopogonis,and Amomum villosum.The cluster analysis obtained 9 core drug combinations.Conclusion:Professor Cheng emphasizes the regulation of Qi and the application of neutral drugs in the treatment of heart failure and often uses deficiency-tonifying herbs.Shengmai Xianxiong decoction(Shengmai powder and Xiaoxianxiong decoction)combined with modified Danshen decoction is commonly used in clinical practice.关键词
