基于数据挖掘探析徐瑞荣治疗弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的用药规律
Medication rule of Xu Ruirong in treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma:A study based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rule of Xu Ruirong in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma based on data mining.Methods:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions were collected from the pa-tients treated by Professor Xu Ruirong at the outpatient service from September 1,2021 to September 1,2023,and clinical data were collected to establish a database.Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records was used to analyze the TCM prescriptions in terms of drug frequency and nature/taste/meridian entry,and the association analysis,the cluster a-nalysis,and the complex network analysis were also performed.Results:A total of 208 TCM prescriptions were included,in-volving 229 TCM drugs,with a total frequency of drug use of 3916 times.High-frequency drugs included Cremastrae Pseudobulbus,tangerine peel,dried ginger,vinegar-processed Chicken's Gizzard-membrane,Scutellaria baicalensis,Ra-dix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Corydalis,Szechwan chinaberry fruiit,red ginseng,and Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Most drugs were warm,cold or neutral in nature and had a sweet,bitter or pungent taste,and the drugs mainly entered the spleen,liver,and lung meridians.The drug association analysis obtained the high-frequency drug combinations of dried ginger-Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata,Scutellaria baicalensis-tangerine peel,and Rhizoma Corydalis-Szechwan chinaberry fruit.Five clusters of drugs were obtained by the cluster analysis.The complex network analysis showed that the core prescription was com-posed of 9 TCM drugs such as tangerine peel,Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata,Cremastrae Pseudobulbus,dried ginger,and Scutellaria baicalensis.Conclusion:Professor Xu Ruirong believes that diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is a syndrome with both deficiency and excess caused by weakened body resistance,toxic accumulation,Qi depression,and phlegm stasis,and the principle of treating phlegm,Qi,and fire should be applied.TCM drugs for clearing heat and detoxicating,drying damp-ness and resolving phlegm,and regulating Qi and strengthening the spleen should be applied based on syndrome differenti-ation.关键词
