Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rule in prescriptions for the treatment of oligospermia/asthenozoospermia in Chinese Medical Canon based on data mining.Methods:Related prescriptions for the treatment of this disease were collected from Chinese Medical Canon database.Excel 2021 was used to establish a database for these prescriptions,and the frequency of drugs in the prescriptions was analyzed.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to perform an association rule analysis of drugs in the prescriptions,and SPSS Statistics 26.0 was used to perform a hi-erarchical cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results:A total of 120 prescriptions were included,involving 227 traditional Chinese medicine drugs,among which deficiency-tonifying herbs accounted for the highest propor-tion of 32.16％(73 herbs),and China dodder seed had the highest frequency of 59 times(3.70％).Most drugs were warm or neutral in nature and had a sweet or pungent taste,and the drug mainly entered the kidney,liver,and spleen meridians.The association analysis showed the highest degree of association between Cistanche deserticola and Fructus Cnidii,between Dioscorea opposite/Cistanche deserticola and Schisandra chinensis,and between Comus officinalis/prepared Radix Rehmanniae and Dioscorea opposite.The cluster analysis obtained 6 new prescriptions.Conclusion:The prescriptions for the treatment of oligospermia/asthenozoospermia in Chinese Medical Canon have the prescription rule of tonifying deficiency and emphasizing the application of kidney-tonifying and Yang-warming drugs,supplemented by the drugs for strengthening the spleen and benefiting Qi,with consideration to dampness-drying and phlegm-eliminating drugs,blood-activating and blood stasis-removing drugs,and astrin-gent drugs,as well as the principles of simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms and tonifica-tion and purgation in combination.关键词
