Abstract
To study the impact of changes in short-circuit current distribution with increasing the wind power proportion on the operation rules for conventional power systems from the perspective of the relationship between wind power and power gird,the setting of second-zone grounding distance protection is taken as an example in this paper.First,with the combination of the current-limiting characteristics of wind turbines and relay protection setting rules,the impact of increasing the wind power proportion on the coordination of line settings is analyzed.Second,an index reflecting the risk of line mismatch,i.e.,mismatch coefficient,is defined,through which the factors affecting the line mismatch are analyzed.Finally,the mismatch coefficient of lines in Guangdong Power Grid is calculated,and the relationship be-tween the affected areas,network structures and wind power integration is analyzed.The global impact of increasing the wind power proportion on the actual grid setting is studied,and solutions to line mismatch are proposed from the per-spective of improving the power output combination.关键词
