Wideband Oscillation Suppression Strategy for Grid-connected DFIG Based on Impedance Reshaping

Abstract
To address the problem of wideband oscillation induced by a grid-connected doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG),a wideband oscillation suppression strategy based on impedance reshaping is proposed.Through the analysis of a DFIG impedance model,it is pointed out that the capacitive negative damping introduced by the phase-locked loop(PLL)control is the cause of wideband oscillation.On this basis,an impedance reshaping method with additional volt-age feed-forward compensated PLL is put forward,which extracts the wideband oscillatory components through feed-for-ward series trap filters to reshape the DFIG wideband impedance.A grid-connected DFIG system model is constructed and simulated,and results show that the proposed strategy can effectively suppress the wideband oscillation induced by the DFIG connected to weak grid under a wide-range variation of grid impedance.关键词
