Location and Capacity Planning Strategy for Vehicle-to-grid Charging and Discharging Power Stations

Abstract
To solve the problem of location and capacity planning of vehicle-to-grid(V2G)charging and discharging power stations,based on the space-time characteristics of electric vehicles(EVs),a bi-level planning model of loca-tion and capacity of V2G charging and discharging power stations is established by combining the planning of V2G charging and discharging power stations with the scheduling of distribution network.In the upper-level model,the up-grading of existing charging piles and the impact of V2G on line load are used to optimize the location of charging and discharging power stations from the perspective of grid investment and operation economy.In the lower-level model,a multi-objective optimal scheduling model is built to achieve the optimal scheduling of EV charging and discharging,and the optimal scheduling is returned to the upper-level to achieve the optimal capacity.Finally,the double-layer itera-tive hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.The effectiveness of the proposed plan-ning strategy is verified by the result of an IEEE 33-node example.关键词
