Distributed Resilient Restoration Dispatch for Integrated Transmission and Distribution Networks With Multiple Offshore Wind Farms Under Typhoon Weather

Abstract
Extreme weather disasters,such as typhoons,will pose significant challenges to the secure and reliable power supply of important loads in the integrated transmission and distribution networks with many offshore wind farms(OWFs).To ensure the rapid restoration of power supply for important loads after disasters,a resilient restoration dispatch model of integrated transmission and distribution networks with multiple OWFs is established based on the fault scenario caused by strong winds and lightning strikes under typhoon weather.This model comprehensively considers various restoration measures of the transmission network,distribution networks,and OWFs,aiming to minimize the total restoration dispatch cost.And various dispatchable resources are coordinatedly optimized to rapidly restore power supply for important loads and enhance the power system's resilience under typhoon weather.Then,a bi-level alternating iteration-based adaptive alternating direction method of multipliers is proposed to decompose the established resilient restoration dispatch model with lots of discrete variables into multiple sub-optimization models of the transmission network,each distribution network,and each OWF for a distributed solution and obtain the optimal resilient restoration dispatch scheme efficiently.Finally,a case study on the modified IEEE 39-bus system integrated with two distribution networks and two OWFs demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.关键词
