黄芩提取液对驴源大肠杆菌耐药性消除作用研究
Study on the effect of Scutellaria baicalensis extract on the elimination of drug resistance in donkey-derived Escherichia coli
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effect of Scutellaria baicalensis extract on the antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli from donkeys,two strains of multi-drug-resistant E.coli were selected as experimental subjects.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the extract was determined using the broth microdilution method.The sub-inhibitory concentration(1/2 MIC)of the extract was then co-cultured with the two strains of E.coli for 24 hours,the presence of resistance plasmids,expression of efflux pump genes,and changes in an-tibiotic sensitivity were assessed through agarose gel electrophoresis,quantitative PCR,and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.The re-sults showed that after treatment with the Scutellaria baicalensis extract,both strains of E.coli exhibited the elimination of plasmid bands.The expression levels of efflux pump genes in both strains decreased,and antibiotic sensitivity increased.These findings indi-cate that Scutellaria baicalensis extract has a significant effect on eliminating antibiotic resistance in multi-drug-resistant E.coli from donkeys.关键词
