一例鸡感染圆圈病毒3型的诊断
Diagnosis of a chicken infected with gyrovirus 3
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the cause of a case of lean and poor growth in broiler chickens at a chicken farm in Longyan city,Fujian province,dissection,gross lesion observation,histopathological examination,and pathogen PCR detection were performed on the affected chickens.The results showed that during the autopsy observation,the spleen and kidneys of the affected chicken were en-larged with bleeding points,and the glandular gastric papilla was swollen and bleeding;Incomplete glandular gastric mucosal epitheli-um,partial swelling of glandular ducts in the glandular stomach,and inflammatory cell infiltration in both the affected kidney and glandular stomach;After PCR detection,gyrovirus 3 specific gene band was amplified.The results showed that the chicken was infect-ed with gyrovirus 3.关键词
