Abstract

In response to the problems of blind spots in ore leaching and low utilization of leaching agents in existing heap leaching processes,this article summarizes the previous heap leaching experience,provides the work requirements and key parameter values for the selection and construction of heap leaching tanks,and proposes a reasonable method for determining the amount of leaching agents used in heap leaching processes.Among them,the volume of ore pool stacking,the area of a single liquid collection area and the water content of ore soil in the heap are particularly important,and should be taken as 30000~80000 m3,600~900 m2,and less than 17%,respectively.This article can provide technical support for efficient extraction of ionic rare earth ores using heap leaching technology.
