Abstract
Due to changes in the ore properties of a gold mine in Xinjiang,the large particle size of the raw ore resulted in incomplete leaching,leading to poor production indicators on site.To increase the crushing throughput,enhance metal recovery,and reduce the particle size of qualified products,an ultra-fine high-pressure roller mill was added to the original three-stage closed-circuit crushing process,expanding it into a four-stage two-closed-circuit system.Additionally,secondary tailings recovery was introduced.By increasing the high-pressure roller mill feed,a series of technical upgrades,including granulation,heap leaching,desorption,and electrolysis,were implemented,reducing the heap leaching particle size to P80=4.5 mm.This reduction in particle size improved the leaching rate by nearly 5%.In the smelting process,the matching of desorption and electrowinning equipment was optimized,the flow rate was increased,and the desorption rate exceeded 95%,significantly improving the utilization of gold resources in the mining area.关键词
