Abstract
The high effciency and extended lifespan of contemporary blast furnaces are mutually reinforcing elements that produce a synergietie effect.During the first generation of blast furnace service,the life extension of one year can significantly increase the output,generate objective economic benefits,and reduce the actual depreciation cost of blast furnace,so the longevity of blast furnace has been the goal pursued by iron and steel enterprises.This paper traces the whole process of Sansteel No.6 blast furnace from ignition to overhaul,and discusses the factors affecting the longevity of blast furnace from three aspects:blast furnace design,construction and late maintenance.关键词
