基于HI指数的浙江省不同季节干旱灾害风险分析
Risk Analysis of Drought Disasters in Different Seasons in Zhejiang Province Based on HI Index

Abstract
Due to the significant seasonal changes in the climate of Zhejiang Province,the article used the HI index to analyze the dangerousness of disaster risk in different seasons.A comprehensive risk assessment system based on seasonal scale was established by overlaying other criteria layers.The evaluation results indicate that:①the dangerousness of disaster risk in the northern region of Zhejiang Province is higher in spring,summer,and autumn,while the dangerousness of disaster risk in coastal areas is higher in winter.②The regions with moderate or higher environmental vulnerability account for 52.2%of the province,and the risk shows an increasing trend from south to north.③High risk areas of disaster vulnerability are mainly distributed in Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou Plain and Jinqu Plain,accounting for 10.6%of the region.④The high capacity areas for disaster prevention are concentrated in the urban area of Hangzhou,and 72%of the province's areas are in low capacity areas for disaster prevention.⑤The comprehensive risk of drought from high to low is autumn>winter>summer>spring.关键词
