Study Progress on the Quality,Storage and Preservation of Gastrodia elata
摘要
Abstract
As a medicinal and edible homologous plant,Gastrodia elata has rich nutritional value and medicinal value.Fresh Gastrodia elata is well received by consumers because of its good taste,rich nutrition and health care functions,and the market demand is growing day by day.However,due to the short excavation period of fresh Gastrodia elata,it is prone to spoilage and mold,severely affecting its quality and causing significant economic losses.To better develop and utilize Gastrodia elata,this paper reviews the current research on its quality and post-harvest preservation techniques by consulting and organizing relevant domestic and international literature based on previous studies.It outlines the factors affecting the quality and post-harvest preservation of Gastrodia elata and provides an outlook on methods to improve fruit quality and storage preservation,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for the enhancement of its quality and the development of preservation technologies.关键词
